Had problems with my door being able to close and lock properly. I needed new hardware and 3 point locks. They ordered them and it took a week. They did make it so it would be safe and stay locked until the items arrived. You can tell they care about their customers. Once the parts arrived everything was fixed the very next day.

I'm so glad I went to Simply Windows and Doors to replace my two sliding doors. From the start looking at doors in their showroom, Ron has been very patient & accommodating. Ron & his son even brought samples to my house to make sure everything would work out in the home. The installation took a full day as it was two doors, one a 3 panel and the other a 2 panel. They showed me where the original doors failed causing rot because of sloppy installation by the home builder. There were some manufacturer defects in the doors (handle & inside the glass panes) that Michael the owner, quickly brought attention to the manufacturer and got resolved quickly. Louise the office manager was great at keeping abreast on the financing and when the doors will be coming in to install. I'm so glad I went with Simply Windows & Doors because if I had gone with Renewal by Anderson or other replacement companies, I don't believe I would have a good experience as I did. THANK YOU Guys!!!
